The center performs acute and rehabilitation reconstructive plastic surgeries, operations to eliminate functional and aesthetic defects resulting from burns.
The burn center serves patients with thermal, chemical, frostbite and electrical injuries. The age of the patients is unlimited, there are both children and adults. The center accepts both outpatient and inpatient patients and provides appropriate special treatment. The burn center also operates a children's psychosocial service, where a professional psychologist takes care of minimizing the stress caused by thermal injuries and hospitalization and the psychosocial condition of children and their parents.
